PD - PERIMETER INTRUSION SYSTEMS and SURVEILLANCE

Perimeter Intrusion Systems are put in place to prevent trespassers and unauthorized personnel. The level of protection afforded to any given building or area is normally determined by the level of risk from intrusion or other criminal activity and ideally will comprise of several different but complimentary ‘layers’ of protection. Perimeter Protection is applied to the boundary of the property, be it the external fabric of the building or the boundary fence line in open or border areas.
Most situations would benefit from incorporating a Westminster Perimeter Protection System in addition to any other security measures involved; however, for high risk and sensitive areas such as airports, military establishments, international borders, power stations, governmental establishments, nuclear power plants, oil & gas refineries, research establishments, embassies, residential establishments of individuals at risk from kidnap or assassination, banks, industrial plants, etc. The installation of adequate perimeter security is vital. In addition, Perimeter Security can be applied to provide an early warning of intrusion or trespass and to instigate an alarm or audible safety message warning, etc. Perimeter Protection may be part of an integrated security system, i.e. CCTV would provide verification of an alert and radar would track intruders. PD - WALKTHROUGH METAL DETECTORS and TURNSTILE

You know walkthrough metal detectors are those things you have to pass at the airport before you can board your flight. Yes we have those too! The walkthrough metal detector is also used by organizations, schools, event centers etc. Walkthrough metal detectors typically operate using pulse induction technology where the PI systems send powerful, short pulses of current through the coil of wire that generates a corresponding short magnetic field. So when a piece of metal passes through the magnetic field, a reflected magnetic field is created. This reflected magnetic field then reacts with the receiver coil, which then triggers the alarm system. We also supply portable walkthrough metal detectors that can be folded up when not in use. This is what we usually recommend for event centers and public places.
The turnstile (full height) is a type of crowd control gateway which permits one person to pass at a time. It can be made to enforce one-way traffic of people or allow bi-directional flow of people. In addition it can be made to restrict passage to people who have a pass or authorized identification. A turnstile can also be used in the case of paid access.

Bontel actually launched the first GPS Walkie-talkie phone in the world. Yes its actually a phone! like you can download applications and stuff.
